PAGEN will begin celebrating 25 years in Las Vegas during IBS 2023!
The Lesser Poland-based manufacturer of windows, doors, roller shutters and garage doors is preparing for the prestigious U.S. NAHB International Builders' Show® (IBS), which will be held in Las Vegas in January/February 2023. This is a rare opportunity to celebrate the company's 25th anniversary, which will be celebrated next year.
The NAHB International Builders' Show® (IBS) is the most important annual trade show in the United States, bringing together manufacturers and suppliers of housing-related products and services. This 3-day event is an excellent opportunity to establish business relationships and present product offerings to representatives, the strongest economy in the world. PAGEN has been actively selling its products overseas for several years, and with its presence in Las Vegas wants to consolidate its position among European joinery exporters to the US. For this occasion, the company has prepared a special film presenting its capabilities.
According to the CAB Research Agency - although Poland is one of the world's leading exporters of joinery, and its share of global exports of these products is as high as 17%, so far the activity of domestic companies in the US market has been low. The United States ranks only 14th among the most popular export destinations for Polish joinery. In 2021, the value of exports of windows and doors to the US was just over 40 million euros. As CAB analysts estimate - this season promises to be much better in this regard. This year Polish joinery manufacturers only needed 7 months for the value of sales of windows and doors to the US to reach the ceiling of the entire 2021 season. , and this means an increase of as much as 105% y/y.
The North American market is witnessing a growing interest in "made in Europe" windows. At the moment, in addition to South American countries and China, Italy and Germany are ahead of us in exports to the US. This confirms that a few years ago we were right to set the course for the development of our export business, and with our presence at IBS we can strengthen our position," said Dominik Chamiolo, CEO of PAGEN.
A truly American-style trade fair
Headlining the opening ceremony of Design & Construction Week® will be Mike Rowe, best known for his hit series "Dirty Jobs", but also for "How America Works", "The Story Behind The Story" and "Somebody's Gotta Do It". Rowe is also the creator and host of the top-rated podcast "The Way I Heard It" and author of the New York Times best-selling book of the same name.
The show will also feature the IBS Young Pro Party, a networking event targeted at construction industry professionals under the age of 40, taking place at the Dawg House Saloon. Organizers say the event will be a great opportunity to socialize, network while enjoying great live music, notable culinary creations with a Southern accent and the entertainment that Las Vegas is known for.
IBS 2023 will close with a concert by legendary singer-songwriter Sheryl Crow. With nine GRAMMY awards, sales of more than 35 million albums worldwide, hits such as "All I Wanna Do," "Soak Up the Sun" and "The First Cut Is the Deepest," and an extensive catalog of classics such as "Everyday Is A Winding Road," "My Favorite Mistake" and "Strong Enough." Sheryl Crow is an icon of American music, considered a rock legend.
Another interesting attraction for visitors will certainly be the underground tunnel known as "The Loop" , in which fully autonomous TESLA electric cars will transport fair attendees to the South Hall, where PAGEN's stand, numbered SU 1058, will be located.
