PAGEN finalist for Best of IBS Awards 2023

The prestigious US NAHB International Builders' Show® (IBS) is about to kick off in Las Vegas. During this event, the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) will present the Best of IBS Awards 2023. In the just-announced elite group of finalists for this competition, PAGEN - the manufacturer of windows, doors, roller shutters and garage doors - is the only representative of Poland, and will compete for the statuette in the 'Best Window & Door Product' category. PAGEN's product is also in with a chance of winning the 'Best in Show' award.

Each year, the NAHB, representing more than 140,000 construction industry stakeholders, awards outstanding construction products and services presented at IBS in nine categories. Finalists and winners of the Best of IBS Awards are selected by an independent Jury of 26 professional industry consultants and journalists. This year, the organisers analysed more than 400 products, assessing their innovation, functionality, design and consumer and builder friendliness.

For the finals of the Best of IBS Awards 2023 in the category 'Best Window & Door Product', the jury nominated a PVC window from PAGEN in the SALAMANDER greenEvolution system, covered with raw copper on the outside and recycled embossed eco-leather on the inside. This combination was made possible through the use of SALAMANDER's latest series of so-called realMaterial - decorative foils and textures.

Participation in the finals of the Best of IBS Awards 2023 is a great distinction for our company, but also a strengthening of the position of the Polish joinery industry, which, being an export leader in Europe, creates interest in windows "made in Europe" in the USA. Industry - we are fighting for gold! - said Paweł Zatorski, General Commercial Director at PAGEN.   

The judges of the individual categories will visit the stands of the Finalists during the first day of the IBS trade fair and complete the on-site assessment. The winners of each category and the 'Best in Show' award winner will be announced at the Best of IBS™ Awards & Champagne Toast event on 2 February in the IBS Construction Performance Zone.

The NAHB International Builders' Show® (IBS), which this year will be held January 31-February 2 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, is the premier annual trade show in the United States, bringing together manufacturers and suppliers of housing-related products and services. This 3-day event is an excellent opportunity to establish business relationships and present product offerings to representatives of the world's strongest economy.

PAGEN has been actively selling its products overseas for several years, and with its presence in Las Vegas wants to consolidate its position among European exporters of joinery to the USA. The stand of the Malopolska manufacturer, numbered SU 1058, will be located in the south hall.
