Export of windows to Australia within PAGEN company arm`s reach

Australia, for plenty of people can be seen as a paradise on earth and an ideal place for a reckless life in a warm climate. It is also increasingly popular, although not easy export market for a companies from Poland. Among  exported goods for a far Antipodes we can find the products of shipbuilding, mining, furniture, food and building industries. Very popular in Australia are also Polish flagship export products – windows and doors, which from a few years, successfully are delivered over the ocean by Lesser Poland company PAGEN.
 

Our first steps in exporting windows to Australia were made based on the cooperation with representatives of Polish diaspora. Till today, great part of our export to that country are PVC and aluminium windows, imported by Polish community. We are also getting more and more inquiries from the Australian developer sector, which effectively uses the good condition of local economy – informs Monika Romaniszyn, Export Director of PAGEN company.

Development potential across the ocean

In October of 2019, representatives of PAGEN company under the II edition of Australian Economic Mission “SHOW YOURSELF – Polish building products on the international arena” took part in prestigious Sydney Home Show exhibition, participating also in the meetings with the foreign sales offices, representatives of diplomatic facilities but also with the agencies specialised in introducing the foreign companies to the Australian market.

With great interest we are observing the activity of Australian government within launching the aid package – especially in respect of construction market. Realised in Australia, HomeBuilder program, estimated on 680 millions AUD, have to provide to the entitled owners and tenants grant in the amount of 25 thousands AUD for a house build but also for bought or renovation of a existing one. With this program we see the another opportunity of sales development of window and door development, especially that the transportation of the goods, at present, are runs smoothly. The orders are realised and dispatched with the similar frequency as before the pandemic – sums up Monika Romaniszyn, Export Director of PAGEN Company.
