The AW CT 72 system is an example of the perfect combination of modern technology and functionality. Slim profiles and large glazing make interiors brighter and more spacious, allowing natural light to penetrate every corner of your home or office. With an installation depth of 72 mm and a three-chamber profile design, the system combines high construction rigidity with excellent thermal and acoustic insulation parameters. The heat transfer coefficient for the window construction reaches a value of Uw below 0.9 W/(m²K). Thanks to the use of EPDM gaskets and precise joining technology, the system is characterized by high air tightness (class 4), wind load resistance (up to class C5), and water tightness in class E900. This guarantees reliable operation of the structure in all weather conditions.
An important element of the system is the modern Schüco CoreTec fittings, which ensure smooth and trouble-free operation even with large dimensions. Thanks to them, it is possible to manufacture sashes weighing up to 130 kg without compromising on ease of use and durability. CoreTec also guarantees safety and long service life thanks to its precise workmanship and integrated anti-burglary solutions.
Smooth movement, unlimited space – ASE 80 LC lift and slide system
ASE 80 LC is a lift and slide system that brings maximum space and harmony to interiors. Thanks to its 80 mm installation depth and innovative aluminum profile design with thermal breaks, the system achieves an excellent heat transfer coefficient of Uf from 1.1 W/m²K, and for the entire construction, it is possible to achieve Uw from as low as 0.95 W/m²K. The system allows for impressive glazing up to 3.2 m high and 3.5 m wide, with a maximum weight of 500 kg. Advanced Schüco lift-and-slide fittings ensure smooth and easy movement of the sashes – even large and heavy ones – with minimal effort on the part of the user.
Additionally, an automatic drive option (e-slide) is available, allowing the sashes to be controlled by a button, remote control, or smart home app. Excellent thermal and acoustic insulation goes hand in hand with high tightness – watertightness class up to 9A and wind load resistance C3/B3. The ASE 80 LC system is compatible with modern glazing packages up to 60 mm thick, including safety, soundproof, and solar control glass.
