PAGEN in the UNICEF Champion for Children Program
PAGEN, one of the leading manufacturers of windows and doors in Poland, once again confirms its commitment to supporting children. The company has joined the UNICEF Champion for Children program, which brings together organizations that help children gain access to food, healthcare, education, and opportunities to reach their full potential.

Joining the UNICEF Champion for Children program marks another step in PAGEN’s collaboration with UNICEF Poland. For several years, as a "Friend of UNICEF", PAGEN has not only donated funds to support children affected by humanitarian crises but has also organized numerous educational initiatives and activities promoting children's rights.
One of the outcomes of this cooperation was the guide NGOs and Business. Partnership or One-Sided Benefit?, which was preceded by workshops with business representatives. The publication was accompanied by a podcast series, and in one episode, Jarosław Kuźniar hosted Jacek Wach, PAGEN’s Marketing Director, who discussed the benefits of social engagement for businesses, the dynamics of NGO-business collaboration, and the challenges both sides face. Jacek Wach and Paweł Barski, Marketing and Communications Director at UNICEF Poland, also participated in a panel discussion on Sustainability and Ethics in Marketing during the CMO Innovation Executive Summit.

PAGEN employees also took part in Children’s Day celebrations, during which a special film titled "Home: A Work of Life" was created. The company also joined the celebration of World Children’s Day (#WorldChildrensDay). As part of this, PAGEN organized a contest for employees’ children and grandchildren titled "I am a child, I have the right to...", where the youngest participants created artworks promoting their rights.
The decision to join the UNICEF Champion for Children program is a natural extension of our ongoing collaboration with UNICEF Poland. We believe that together, we can build a better world for future generations by supporting the most vulnerable children. In the spirit of friendship, we promote peace, empathy, and mutual respect—values that are unfortunately lacking in many parts of the world, emphasized Katarzyna Chamioło, PAGEN’s Proxy, who coordinates CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) projects.
It is worth noting that in addition to working with UNICEF, PAGEN has long been involved in supporting The Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity (WOŚP), providing scholarships for beneficiaries of the Saint Nicholas Foundation, organizing blood donation drives at its production plant, and supporting local charitable initiatives. PAGEN’s participation in the UNICEF Champion for Children program is yet another example of how businesses can play a crucial role in building a better future. Thanks to such initiatives, real help reaches those who need it most.
